Do I need a repair or a full replacement?
It depends on the age of the roof, the extent of the damage and the condition of the decking underneath. Many roofs can be repaired. We'll show you photos of what we find and give you an honest recommendation.
Can you help with an insurance claim after a storm?
Yes. We can secure the roof to prevent further damage, document everything with photos and meet with your insurance adjuster to review the damage.
What kind of flat roof is best for my building?
It depends on the building, how the roof is used and your budget. TPO and EPDM single-ply membranes, modified bitumen (torch-down) and roof coatings each have advantages. We'll walk you through the options for your specific roof.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential shingle roofs are completed in one to three days, depending on size, complexity and weather. Commercial timelines vary by project and are scheduled to keep disruption to a minimum.
